Need You Pt.1 Apr 11 Written By Christian Carter-Ross [Verse 2]My world grew so smallSo big at the same timeThe most important goalIs clearer than everMy artistry is notA content creationA mirror of self-esteem I was thinking about, like, for so many years, you know, it’s easy to walk around and think that you compete on some type of level on the internet all the time, and then, you know, you become a parent. You’re looking at the world, and everything is kind of open. But at the same time, you have a very clear focus, and a lot of the things you cared about before seem kind of ridiculous, you know? And in that sense, it’s like my world became so small but so big at the same time. You get a whole new perspective and then, you know, relating that to how I feel about music - I don’t have time to sit here and create content for the sake of it and lose myself in that because I’m trying to compete but rather try to stay on my path, and create an authentic artistry and hopefully do well. You know what I mean.. — Marie Dahlstrøm Christian Carter-Ross
